As a business, PR Agency or not for profit organisation, how do I use The Press Hub?

The Press Hub is a free Press Release Library that can be used by all sectors of the business community.  All we ask is that you Register using the Register button at the top of the site to allow us to keep spamming to a minimum and therefore provide a comprehensive resource.

If I submit a Press Release to The Press Hub does this guarantee that I will receive  publicity and that my  Release will be used by a particular publication.

The Press Hub in no way guarantees that any Press Release will be used.  We purely provide a vehicle to allow journalists to source Press Releases and story ideas.  Whilst we will heavily market The Press Hub   we cannot guarantee their use of any particular Press Release.

Can I submit more than one Release at a time ?

Yes.  You are able to submit as many Press Releases and Articles as you wish.

What format can I upload a Press Release or Article in?

Press Releases and Articles can be copied directly from Windows Notepad.  We suggest that if you have prepared your release in Word, that you copy and paste it to Notepad to remove all formatting before you then copy and paste it into the text box on The Press Hub.

How long does my Press Release stay current for?

Press Releases submitted to The Press Hub will remain current on the site for a period of  8 weeks.  This enables us to keep the site content fresh and up-to-date.  Depending on the time sensitivity of the release this may be extended for an additional 4 weeks if space allows.  The reason for this is to ensure that the content on The Press Hub remains fresh and current - there is no point holding onto press releases for longer than this as they may no longer be relevant and our aim is to provide the most current and up-to-date information for the media, as possible.   Of course, if you feel that for some reason your release should remain current for a longer period due to a promotion etc, please email us to request we extend the deadline of your release.

Can I load my Press Release into more than one category?

Yes.  We ask that you only load your Press Release to the categories that are relevant to your Press Release however this may include more than one.  Anyone found to be abusing this system, will be subject to removal of all press releases and articles and suspension of registration.

How long will my Articles be kept on the site?

All articles will remain current for an indefinite period of time.

How do I have my details added to your Directory of Experts?

Inclusion in our Directory of Experts is by invitation only.  To ensure we provide the highest level of expertise to the media, we assess each expert individually.  If you wish to be included, please email us with your details and our team will assess your application.
